‘Sousdey Indonesia’, an event organized by the Embassy of Indonesia will be held on the 13th & 14th of September 2024 at the Diamond Island (Koh Pich) Exhibition and Convention Center in Phnom Penh.

Organized by the Embassy of Indonesia, the objective of this exhibition is aimed at promoting bilateral trade, cultural, educational and tourism ties with Indonesia and Cambodia. With over 100 companies participating, this year’s event is the largest contingent of Indonesian companies present to showcase their products, services and offerings.

According to His Excellency Santo Darmosumarto, the Ambassador of Indonesia to Cambodia, the event will also include business matching and networking opportunities (B2B and B2C) between Indonesian and Cambodian companies. It may be interesting to note that there are over 100,000 Indonesians living and working in various sectors throughout Cambodia.

For students who are interested to study in Indonesia, scholarships are available and students are encouraged to apply during the event. There are presently over Cambodian 200 students in Indonesia mostly at the university level.

The event will also feature tourism packages to popular destinations in Indonesia such as Bali, the most famous, among other destinations. One of the highlights is also the cultural performances and fun activities, admission is FREE with and over 6,000 visitors are expected during the 2-day event. ‘Sousdey Indonesia’ is proud to have SMART, Prince Bank, Philip Bank as their sponsors.
